don't waste your time PS ****off double list " data-username="Trey  S." data-message-link="" data-message-title="Send a message to Trey S." data-details="Photo uploaded on 7/14/19" data-photo-url="/reviews/doublelist.com#photo_118856" data-browse-link="/photos/doublelist.com" data-browse-text="Browse all Doublelist photos" I decided to port and add up, looking for a male/male relationship. However, since the dating miscellaneous section does not have listings m4m, f4m, Etc., I thought I would put that in my ad. I cannot change the ad, because the link is not usable, until it is out of review. Doublelist isn't even a poor man's Craigslist. I knew this site was Not going to allow graphic language/ pics for ads, so I adjusted my ads accordingly.

The only saying that I changed, was that I was a gay male looking for another gay male.

By responding to these ads and analyzing IP addresses and banking wire information, the researchers learned that most of these schemes originate in Nigeria and are administered by a small group of "scam factories." Another pervasive scam involved "realtor service" companies, in which victims are asked to pay both an upfront fee and a monthly membership fee to access listings of pre-foreclosure rentals or rent-to-own properties.

I went to use their help and FAQ section to figure it out - nope.

Completely useless garbage site, After signing up I could not get verified they kept asking or telling me try a different email I was stupid enough to give them a couple but I have spam emails specifically for that reason so it's not a big deal but I am convinced that doublelist is just total bull$#*! After a few instances, I copied another ad, made minor changes and posted. Or worse, it sits in "review" forever and never posts.

and it's a scam I believe what they're doing is collecting cell numbers and email addresses to sell to third parties for advertising and marketing that's what I believe I'm not saying that's what they're doing that's what I think they're doing whatever it is that they're doing they're not providing the service that they claim to do it's bull$#*! And after responding to a few ads myself without getting a result from the original poster, my email is almost immediately inundated with spam. Doublelist seems like nothing more than an email harvesting site for direct ad porn spammers.

The research team was led by Damon Mc Coy, an assistant professor of computer science and engineering, along with Elaine Shi, an assistant professor of computer science at Cornell University, and Youngsam Park, a doctoral student at the University of Maryland.

Mc Coy presented the findings of their paper, "Understanding Craigslist Rental Scams" at the Proceedings of Financial Cryptography and Data Security Conference in Barbados this month.
