You can verify this test by downloading a .7z file from the internet and observing that you are unable to download the file.
You can bypass this issue by using a different internet connection that has no restrictions just for the installation setup.
You are advised to configure your system so that Subversion can store passwords encrypted, if possible. You can avoid future appearances of this warning by setting the value of the 'store-plaintext-passwords' option to either 'yes' or 'no' in '/home/your.server.user/.subversion/servers'.
If willing to checkout another branch, or trunk, update the paths accordingly.
